Dr. Ericson, Dr. Messner, and Staff,

Dr. Ericson - Thank you for going out of your way to aid us in our search for information regarding using Simplicef in the treatment of cats. It was "above and beyond" and we are very appreciative. (FYI- One of our cats had a severe reaction and is off the medication)

Dr. Messner - Do we ever miss you! We are so grateful for the wonderful care you provided for Murphy and Molly during our years in Missouri, especially during Murphy's illness.

The Staff - You all were always attentive, compassionate and caring!

We are searching for a vet clinic here that will be half as good. Can we interest you in moving to beautiful New Mexico - land of blue skies, beautiful mesas, rocky mountains, mild winters...

Dear Dr. Ericson,

I am writing to you today to express my feelings about you and your staff at the clinic. From the very first visit to the last visit, you, Dr. Messner, and the entire staff went above and beyond the "normal" care. The entire staff was compassionate, gentle, kind and supportive. Never once was I or Tucker treated like "just another patient". We were treated with kindness and respect, especially the final moments of his life. You were willing to help with the cost of his care which enabled us to keep trying to make him better. Dan and I want you to know how much we appreciate you and your staff. Tucker Bean was a member of our family and we miss him very much. The care he received from you and the staff helped us through a very difficult time. Please let your entire staff, know what an impact they have made on us and how much we appreciate each one of you. We look forward to may more years of bringing our pets to you because of the excellent care you gave to our Tucker Bean. Again, thank you so very much.

Dr. Messner,

I am saddened to inform you that our sweet little dog Spicey died a couple of weeks ago as a result of a violent attack from another dog.

I wanted to thank you for always taking such good care of my girls over the past few years. Your practice has truly been a blessing in our lives. It has been a pleasure to get to know you, and your family. Please let me know if I may be of any assistance.
