I was pleased by the cleanliness of the place, and the kindness with which my animals were treated. The veterinarian was very kind, careful to explain things and ask for feedback to make sure we understood. The staff was very tactful with the billing information, and it was a wonderful experience. I was aware our dogs had been neglected for several years. My husband suffered a brain tumor, and all our time and energy has been focused on dealikng with radiation, chemo, changes in household income, and psychosocial adjustments for the last several years. I was dismayed that our pets had bad teeth, but reassured by the Veterinarian, and the staff, and not once were we made to feel like bad pet owners, no matter how much we may have deserved it. I couldn't have asked for better attention to our dogs. Never have I seen a vet get down on the floor for his examinations. I think the dogs were less nervous with not having to get up on a table.

I knew to expect to a high bill, since both were going to have anesthesia, and one of them was going to require surgical removal of two cysts. The bill seemed to be what I was expecting considering what they were going to have to do to the two dogs.

Sally had to be seen because she chewed her stitches out on her hip while I was at work. The Clinic got her in immediately, and took care of her right away. The Dr called us later in the evening, well after his office closed, to give us the results of her biopsy. He was kind, thorough with his teaching, and recommendations. I can't imagine ever taking a pet anywhere else. We are new clients, and I am really impressed with how well they have taken care of our canine "children." Thanks so much!

My sister and I want to thank you all - doctors, office staff and techs for the fantastic care you gave Shorty during his life and during the process of his dying. The tenderness, kindness and love given to Shorty, myself and my sister was heart-warming. We will miss our little one but know his spirit is happy and running free with our Father.

Her final year and a half were hard on her and she always got wonderful care from you. Her last six months were really wearing on us as well as her. We watched her decline, but you were always there for her and us.

Dr. Ericson - Thank you for going out of your way to aid us in our search for information regarding using Simplicef in the treatment of cats. It was "above and beyond" and we are very appreciative. (FYI- One of our cats had a severe reaction and is off the medication).

Dear Dr. Ericson

I am writing to you today to express my feelings about you and your staff at the clinic. From the very first visit to the last visit, you and the entire staff went above and beyond the "normal" care. The entire staff was compassionate, gentle, kind and supportive. Never once was I or Tucker treated like "just another patient". We were treated with kindness and respect, especially the final moments of his life. You were willing to help with the cost of his care which enabled us to keep trying to make him better. Dan and I want you to know how much we appreciate you and your staff. Tucker Bean was a member of our family and we miss him very much. The care he received from you and the staff helped us through a very difficult time. Please let your entire staff know what an impact they have made on us and how much we appreciate each one of you. We look forward to may more years of bringing our pets to you because of the excellent care you gave to our Tucker Bean. Again, thank you so very much..
