Christmas is Alright

A client asked me today about the potential for pet injury because of lighting, trees, plants, decorations, packages, and other things related to the holiday season. I think my answer was a bit trite but it was “there are so many things, use caution and judgement”. Typically a “child-safe” home can easily be a “pet-safe” home. In years past we had the tinsel ingestion patients, the light strand biters, the ornament eaters, and more. Today the tinsel is gone but those little danglies and smell-good candies are abundant. SO back to the answer—”..use caution” but have a Merry Christmas and of course, Happy New Year!!!
